I am sure everyone feels this. Where we are tired, exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, and fear the future.  We keep moving and pushing ourselves to complete deadlines, payments, and life demands.  This is stress.  

It is the most uncomfortable feeling we will have in our lives every day.  We can navigate this world of stress through practicing mindfulness, taking care of the physical needs - sleep, increase water, eat health foods, decrease the sugar intake. You can clean a drawer, cuddle with a favorite blanket, snuggle with a pet. Enjoy the sun, listen to music, cook/bake a new dish. Diffuse aromatherapy, stretch, get a massage, take time for yourself. Love yourself, take yourself on a date. Enjoy a hot bath/shower. Have the necessary me time.

Turn off the digital world and let the day progress without it.  We tend to forget ourselves in the everyday hustle and bustle of life.  Slow down and remember who you are.  You are important and love yourself.  All the stressors will disappear in time, attempt them in a clearer mind.  You got this, you are everything and the world is for you to conquer.
